I went in hoping for a quick, easy shopping trip, but the staff barely helped at all. On top of that, the fitting rooms were a mess, and come on now, that’s basic stuff to keep up with. Definitely not the best experience

It’s really cute, and I wanted to love it, but... the seams started ripping quickly. So, yeah, it looks nice, but the quality just wasn’t great for me.

I ordered a jacket and the quality was good, no real complaints there. The sizing just didn’t work for me, which was kinda frustrating. Also had to pay for return shipping, and that felt like a bit much tbh. I’d maybe shop here again, but I’d definitely be way more careful with sizing next time.

I assumed this was going to turn into a whole hassle, but they helped me sort it out quickly. Really appreciated how straightforward it was.

I needed to swap a top for a different size and overall it went fine. They didn’t get back to me right away, so I was starting to wonder a bit, but once they replied everything was handled smoothly. The new one showed up in good shape.

It was packed really well, like really really well. Everything arrived safe and secure, and I could tell they took care with the packaging.

I really wanted to love The Frankie Shop because the outfits look so effortless and cool online, but in person the style just didn’t work for me. The pieces I tried had that oversized look, but instead of feeling relaxed or intentional, they came off bulky and boxy on me.

The neutral colors are nice, but after browsing more, a lot of it started to feel repetitive with the same big blazers, wide pants, and simple cuts. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t as wearable as I expected, and for the price I’d hope they offer some kind of refund, credit, or compensation because it felt like a letdown.

The clothes themselves were really nice, but the return process made me nervous. It took a long time to get a reply, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I made sure to keep all my emails and tracking info just in case. I also had to follow up to get my refund, which was frustrating. For the prices, I expected the whole experience to feel a lot smoother. I’d probably only order again if I was completely sure I wouldn’t need to return anything.

They explained everything really clearly, which I appreciated a lot :) No confusing messages or back-and-forth at all!

I really like the style, like really like it, but the size range is disappointing. It feels super limited and not made for a lot of different body types, which is a bummer.

I liked the clothes overall, and the website was easy to use. Shipping took longer than I expected though, which was kind of annoying?? The quality is decent for the price, but not something I’d call amazing. I might order again if there’s a good sale

I got exactly what I ordered, i was weirdly thrilled about it. The sizes were right, the color was spot on, and everything matched what I expected. It did take a little longer to arrive, but not enough for me to completely lose my mind over it. Overall, no real complaints!

In my opinion, it looks exactly right. It matched what I was expecting and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout was so glitchy and slow. My card didn’t go through the first time and there was no clear reason why, then my shipping info reset like, give me a break. I did finally get the order through, but it was not a smooth experience.

They did get back to my email, but it took a couple days and I had to follow up once. Not the worst or anything, I just wish the response had been a little quicker

Overall it ended up being really easy, and even though I was a little nervous at the start, I’d probably order again.
